To be honest, I'm not sure if you can buy it or how it was released in Japan or the rest of the world. This set came as a especial bonus with volume 12 of the manga, editorial Ivrea Argentina edition. But, according to Ivrea, Clamp made this set as bookmarks for each manga volume.
